A saison used to go along to the country, for the farm workers, especially after hard work, to quench their thirst. A small revival of this old beer style, challenged us to make a vibrant citrus-bitter, typical saison with a full-bodied character and tingling flavor. The beer won in 2023 , the bronze medal at the Brussels Beer Challenge.
