If you say A, you have to say B. If you brew an I.P.A. then a Double I.P.A. is part of it. Thus Extase was born. Initially a kind of Belle-Fleur 'on steroids', later developed into its own character; full-bodied, malty, intense, bitter with a fruity earthy edge. 110 measured IBUs!!! But this hop bomb is still balanced and drinkable

Brew sheet
Extase is a full malt beer with refermentation in the bottle. A Double IPA, intensely bittersweet beer with a blend of fourteen excellent hops. The slight sweetness of the alcohol and malt sugars complement the bitterness of the beer.
