La Bière Bock
As a brewery, literally on the border of the Netherlands and Belgium, with an originally Dutch brewer at the stirring stick, there is no escaping it, to participate in the annual bok beer craze in the Netherlands. A wheat bock was chosen, with European and some American hops. That along with a handful of blackberries, makes for a fruity, slightly sweet bok.
