Embrasse Oak Aged
An annual blend Embrasse, aged for a long time in wooden barrels, filled in large bottle. This beer is aged in single-malt Speyside Whisky casks, longer than usual, and this length of time softens the beer and absorbs the distinct whisky flavors. Peated Oak Aged Embrasse , the little brother of the blended Oak Aged Embrasse, won the Zythos Consumers trophy in 2011, a motivation for us to pursue our skills in the world of barrel-aging.

A full malt beer with refermentation in the bottle. This intensely heavy and dark beer, matures for one year in Whiskey barrels. The wood gives nice round soft flavors, combines perfectly with the roasted malt and gives notes of dried fruit.
